Pier Surveys

All Callooh surveys are accompanied by photographic surveys.  Callooh Photographic Surveys ensure the accuracy of the overall pier surveys, allowing customers to become familiar with the property being surveyed, and provide an in depth analysis of pier characteristics whether the subject in question be above or below the waterline.

Callooh’s pier surveys are conducted in accordance with the finest standards of the Maritime Industry and provide a detailed outline of berth characteristics, aging properties, and current physical status.

Callooh’s underwater pier surveys provide detailed accounts of berths’ physical structure below the waterline, draft measurements alongside, and outlined observations of the general condition of the bottom alongside.  Underwater surveys are recommended for all piers which have had continual hydrographic surveys conducted but never had a visual inspection of underwater pier characteristics.

Callooh specializes in providing marine operations critiques, designed to maximize safety and efficiency for routine marine operations.  Callooh provides, trained marine professionals to analyze and observe practices in place aboard vessels and will provide easy to understand and follow guidelines to follow with any marine operation customized for the vessel in question.
